If your product has arrived, faulty, damaged, or not correct, please contact us within seven days with a photo. We will replace the item or lodge a claim with the courier.
Please do not throw the product away as we might require the item returned.
We will accept returns for faulty items within one week if the fault is reported as soon as it occurs. You cannot claim if:
· You lost or broke the product
· The product has been modified
· You used the product in an unreasonable way
Shake well before using. Apply gently to face and body 15 to 20 minutes before going outside. To pursue extreme sun protection, it is recommended to reapply it regularly every 2 hours, especially after swimming or wiping towels.
